- Share qualified lead reports with the Community Success Associate.
- Coordinate Diamond Showcase logistics.
- Maintain webinar reports.
- Maintain operational checklists.
- Document SOPs.
- Identify repetitive work that can be automated.
- Continuously improve systems.
