You will become the first smile our members experience. Your role is to make sure every mother feels welcomed, supported and guided throughout her journey.
Responsibilities
What you'll actually do.
- Welcome every new member.
- Guide members through onboarding.
- Help members access the app.
- Coordinate weekly with Preet regarding the week's topic.
- Create engaging WhatsApp reminder messages.
- Share reminders before LIC and Riseathon.
- Retrieve meeting links from the app and post them in the right WhatsApp groups.
- Post nurturing messages inside Masterclass WhatsApp groups.
- Celebrate member wins.
- Follow up with inactive members.
- Call hot webinar leads.
- Help new members begin confidently.
- Support members with everyday questions.
- Escalate coaching-related issues whenever required.
